The M'Hencha is an enchanting coiled pastry (top left in the image above) typical of the Berbers of North Africa. It's a heavenly alternative to a regular cake and looks amazing with it's beautiful coils. Only the best ingredients go into this taste sensation with an almond sugar paste flavoured with rosewater, orange and lemon zest all wrapped up in a mediterranean brick pastry, topped with pistachios - it's heady fragrance will take you all the way to Morocco and back in a mouthful and it's now available mail order to mainland UK destinations via Royal Mail.
